The a double room had central heating, flat-screen television and a lounge area, facilities worked for us. There was a clean. We walked everywhere, the location was excellent and amazing, near by Metro station.

Enjoyed Osaka, the hotel was great to print out map for next stops of sightseeing is very handy. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. The bed was nice with feather pillows. Also, location was comfortable and magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Ebisubashi Bridge.

The room we stayed in was reasonably large and compact with private bathroom, amenities like toothbrush and shower. Location: the hotel was near to the shopping streets and the rail, and train stations.

This place is convenient and great because of the magnificent location and city views. It offers good service. Need to add that free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked in a good way. They have a wide array of meals to choose from, the food is excellent...

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Morning Box Shinsaibashi. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and close to great restaurants and stores. The WiFi was also reliable, and the price was excellent.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the WiFi was not working properly during my stay. However, considering the other positive aspects of the hotel, it was not a major inconvenience.

If you are travelling within a budget, this hotel is great for you just make sure dont bring a lot of stuff because the lockers are really small. I really like the shower room and the hot Jacuzzi that they have. location is great because it is close to the train station, tourist spots and bars and clubs. all in all i had a great experience in this hotel.

The location and the price were outstanding. We will probably choose the same hotel again.

There's no need to change the towels every day. A lot of hotels has a system where you put your towels on the floor if you wish to replace them and hang them up if you want to use the same towel again. Maybe that could be a good thing here aswell?

Cannot charge my electricity device like camera/phone/laptop in my 'bed room' , the plug is too far away from my way cos i stay at upstairs capsule and my wire is too short to connect from the plug at outside capsule.

Fairly clean hotel, brand-new room, incredibly kind staff. The rooms with cutips etc free of charge as well as toothbrush. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Nice stay, as always.

Brand-new and reasonably large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Comfy location within walking distance of Dotonbori

Spent Christmas in a capsule hotel and it was surprisingly good! Loved the convenient location close to the metro station and shopping area. The capsule itself was comfortable and had all the buttons for lights and alarms written in Japanese. There was a TV and electric plug inside, and the locker provided had everything I needed. The shower room with free amenities was great, and having a public bath was a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent and it was hard to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak much English. , I found it inconvenient that I had to go to the reception floor to call an elevator to the ground floor, especially when carrying my luggage.
